| Club Classique In Ashton @ Spectrum HA HAR WELL BUZZIN!!! I DONT GO ASHTON ANYMORE SIMPLY BECAUSE ITS SHITE BUT, IF THEY BOYZ R ON WITH THOSE HIGH FLYIN PIANO CLASSICS  AW USE PEEPS DONT KNOW HOW GIDDY AM GETTIN AM JUMPIN ROUND MY ROOM! HAS ANY1 GOT ANY INFO ON IT! AND HOW RECCEA DID LAST WEEK? 5DAYS TO GO! THEN DROP A LITTLE FELLA THEN HERE WE GO!  WHO FANCYS MEETIN UP ON SUDAY THEN???      |

Wasn't really the crowd we hoped for on the 1st night - think the footie didn't help either. Ste Huxley plays on the 20th and Butty on the 27th - Sully and Phil Scott are also on each week........

 errrrr... where do i start!!Decided to watch England before I headed off to Ashton....big mistake!!!! England  I knew Id be tight on time but thought id just make it as Ashton aint really that far from me 20 mins or so plenty of time to get there...or so I thought Half way down motorway and i smell summit burnin, I was goin past road works at the time so figured it was that...anyway it wasnt..it was my car...its fecked, goosed, w@nkered. .. so not only did England get robbed and my car fecked up but I was an embarrasing 1hr 50 mins late for my set!! (beat that butty  lol) and the opening night of club classique @ Spectrum an all..My sincere apologise go to Sully for my fecked up shananigans and Easty on the mic sorry bout that bud lol As for the club its self, i wasnt really in there that long to notice much about the place like toilets bar etc, but the actual dance arena is quite nice, it has good sound excellent lights and has the potential if and when it gets busy to be another fabulous old skool venue, the DJ booth is on a raised stage with plenty of room to move around, the only down sides really (for me any how) was the mixer and the booth monitor, the crossfader didnt work on the mixer and the booth monitor was a bit distorted, but they are only minor things and will not affect the night ar the venue one bit. Thanks Sully for havin me on (if only briefly), hope ull have me on again and if u do i promise to get there double early...lol Oh and thanks to Easty for the intro u made me feel right at home lol!! get urselves down there guys u wont be dissapointed!!

| shit happens mate - espec when you dont need it to.....!! before recca got there we was in room 2 and the sound system packed in  not to bad though cos we have now agreed to share room1 (the big 1) with Phil Scott (cheers Phil) - weekly line up will be Sully, Phil Scott + Guests.not sure about the mixer, its a big daft thing and i think its just a switch somewhere to select the X-Fader - i'll sort it for next week. they'll also be an additional 1 or 2 125w monitor speakers in the booth, no prob with that. defo have you on again recca mate - sometime in july if poss......
