FFS MSN Messenger

Righto, grads had a new computer, quite a flashy jobbie but we have had a few probs with it. As far as Im aware most things are sorted, but I cant log in to msn messenger its been installed (or so it says) ive typed in me email and me password and it wont let me log in

It also wont let me click on the click here to sign in jobbie either, I have to click on the sign in as a different user one, but it still wont let me sign in

It says that we are unable to connect you due to a problem with the service or your internet connection. Please make sure you are connected to the internet !!!

God I may not be a computer whizz but Im not that stupid

So any ideas folks ??

tried an uninstall and re-install of messenger?

ha ha - I had simular problem last wik then all of a sudden it let me back in! - It can be a bit of a bugger at times!

go to start, then control panel, then add remove progs

then from the list find msn messenger and then uninstall it

once u done that go to www.msn.co.uk and download messenger againg

if that dont sort yer prob then its just cos msn is playing up and being a twat

think this is the only problem...i can sign in but i can't check my e-mails, it's been like this since last night, msn is a load of stink!!

sounds like u might be using windows messenger which is automatically on the pc if u got XP usually (unless grads took it off)

go download msn messenger off www.msn.co.uk and it might sort it
