On Friday 20th October 2001 Anthony had an accident a work and was taken to hospital.
He had an allergic reaction to the anaesthetic and sadly he never came round.

This page is a permanent tribute to a great guy who will be missed by many.

On 23rd October 2001 it will have been his 30th birthday and as a mark of respect the forum @ old skool anthemz will be closed and this will also mark the opening of a book of remembrance so that people can leave there messages. All messages will be passed on to Anthony's family and friends.
