This past years gone quick!

The radio has been a great addition to the site imo, givin us all a chance to play our tunes to the osa massive whilst adding a touch of life to the ole girl.

Nice one to all the dj's who play and also to the listeners, it wouldnt be goin if it wasnt for you lot.....so heres to another year!

....now....can we have a 24-hour chatbox somehow??? THAT would be the next evolution for this site. get us chatting all day with each other. you want to build the camaraderie??? let us begin chatting to each other at all hours of the day...next thing you know, you'll have the next MySpace on your hands albeit a slightly smaller one.

and speaking of MySpace...is there a way we can make user pages. with customizable backgrounds, pics, profiles, tunes. etc? let's just rip off the idea of MySpace completely and just tailor it for us. LOOK INTO IT BUTTY! ya' heard????

and while i'm spouting...where the fuck is that catalog of tunes that people were helping contribute to? are we ever gonna get access to that?

and if i may rant...i think being so harsh about tune ID requests by newbies in the MUSIC section shouldn't be so violently opposed. let's welcome these new people and meet their needs. then they'll get involved. i say...bring Tune ID back over here, merge the two again. build this infrastructure of like-minded music lovers. ravers re-UNITE!

i did toy with the idea of a shoutbox on all the time and may do it in the future but i felt at the time it could detract from the amount of join in'age that happens on the site. will keep it in mind tho for future bud

il also look into some sort of my space'esque sort of thing ive seen summet about on me travels that could be suitable

the finishiing touches are being made to the new front end, i need to implement it with all styles and iron out a few problems but it should be up within the month

as for tune id's for the time being id like to keep em over at tuneid.com as it is helping that site get established etc, i dont think its too much trouble to go over there and post.

i got lots in the pipeline for tune id and over the next year or so il be at a point where the tune id site wont need the osa portion of visitors so i may just look at moving it back over here and having tune id as another option sort of thing. either way as yazz once said. the only way is up. baybeeeeee
