Errrm, no trade expert or owt like that, but may I recommend you 'aquire' CoolEdit Pro 2. Just load your wav/mp3, 'select all' and hit the normalise button
. Piece of Piss!.
And for the clicks, zoom in really close up to the 'spike' of the click and highlight the click and a SMALL fraction of the sound either side and go to 'remove clicks and pops' and press the 'fill single click' option.
This is what I have found best, especially as you dont wanna scan and fix the entire mix for clicks, which would take the 'puter forever.....
