They only do ur bill based on what u use anyway (like what happens on the meter when they take the reading for the bill) Im pretty sure the numbers dont go round when ur not using gas and elec...so i dont see how it would change? Best single thing you can do is get the fook off the prepay malarkey soon as
Prepay meters are "convenient" but you pay for it in higher charges for each unit of leccy or gas you use.
It will be cheaper to pay a standing charge + usage on a normal meter than to keep feeding the prepay jobby.
Like Lozzie said, you only pay for what you use anyway.
