There's this lad used to work at our place who's got it.

Kiwi kid in his 20s used to work in our accounts department.
I couldn't fucking believe it when he told me. Saw him walking with a really bad limp one time & threw out some pisstake comment & he's like "oh I've got gout"
He did like his beer but I'm sure it wasn't that caused it. Prolly something genetic (like morals
)or summat.
Makes you think though... Like you i thought it only affected awld fuckers, and died out with Henry VIII, but apparently not!
