The bloke who's been arrested was in all the papers last week as the last person to see them alive. He came forward to the police to say he'd seen them and to offer his support to the family in finding them ....WTF????????

The 'powers that be' did implement some of the aspects of Sarah's Law last year I think but decided agains the whole thing as they thought they knew best. I read in the papaer to day that there are appro 18,000 people in the register atm but as it only goes backa few years, people who were conviced prior to that aren't on the register. They think the actual number of sex offenders in this country is more like 110,000 !!!!

Crimes against kids and rape should carry the death penalty IMO. There's no excuse.
Murder I can agree with locking them up for life as there can be what's termed as "crimes of passion" as in not pre-meditated ones and it would be too hard for the justice system to define the difference when sentencing people (imo) so leave them to rot in jail .....crimes against kids and rape tho have no excuse whatsoever.
