I'm just gonna throw a word of caution in to this thread. As much as you know I and many others will be willing to pay an extra amount to keep our second home afloat.
Make sure you know have a good idea how many peeps are in the "aye" camp (get tilt to do a poll), and then count how many new (and therefore possibly non recurring members) you got in the last year. If the extra wonga from the "ayes" doesn't at least cover the possible loss of those newbies then it ain't going to work.
Because when the moaners start to whinge about the cost, OSA has to be able to pay for itself. And only that will stop the urge to throw virtual bricks through the monitor at the freeloaders. Not that I've been in the same predicament of course
