Getting it done isn't the embarrassing bit tho..its the initial aftermath when you have to go to the loo to make sure the jobs finished You have to do these kind of stretches whilst on the throne to make sure its all out
Well worth it tho and watching the results pass by is quite satisfying in a weird kinda way
