oh now thats put the cat amonst the pidgeons al lol ........... got to admit ive been to newcatsle when theres been 18 odd thousand on in the mid to late eighties , so it is a bit of a myth about this fantastic support , all this special club stuff does get on my tits a little bit ......
imagine if manchester or liverpool only had one club !!!!!! ....... there is no division in newcastle thats why their all united as one .........
one thing which was highly embaressing in my opinion was the thousands that turned up to welcome michael owen lololol ....... id rather celebrate winning trophies than celebrate sighning players ..... players have to earn my heart and respect .......
it just seems to me that the geordies do a lot of straw clutching and i aint having a go .............

keegan was on the radio before saying apart from the top 4 there is no bigger club .........well i can name a few of the top of my head
Everton , Villa and Spurs
Everton because they have consitently won more and have produced some really great sides particully the mid eighties team , great fan base ( two clubs one city )
Aston Villa because again have won more , get good crowds and have a european cup under their belt
and Spurs because again they have won more , were the first club to do the double and have a rich history of fantastics players
again just my opinion
i thinks it the " oh these fanatical geordies deserve a trophy" bullshit thats startin to piss everyone of
newcastle may have big ambition but it takes more than ambition to be a big club
