tbh i think the majority of kids have the same chance as everyone else.
Theres only a very small percentage who are truly from "broken homes" etc so this "we had nowt else to do" attitude doesnt wash with me.
I grew up in salford where loads of kids my age from my school and surrounding schools were nicking cars, shoplifting and sniffing glue. It didnt mean i had to follow suit and do the same. Everyone has a chance of an education, and if they choose to skip school and go robbing or whatever then that is no-ones choice but their own. Then they have the cheek to moan that no one will employ them due to the fact they are ignorant dumb ass fuckers and have criminal records for stealing. Then of course they have "no choice" to go out and shoot someone for their mobile as no one will employ them...
