We used to brew masses(200 or so) of them in a pan, strain the juices through muslin to make tea(puke) or mix it in with chicken and mushroom pot noodle(yum). That would get a half dozen of us

But not as good as eating the whole caboodle.
I've heard many stories about frying them up as part of a "brekkie". But I reckon as long as you keep all the juices and the body then you'll be fine
