Got me own Noise Abatement h'officer & case number now - diary & pack coming out to me - thanks for the info Stevie...
I contacted the leasing agency after sending out that email above - apparently they are tied into a 1 year contract & the agency has 'very limited' powers - aside from sitting back & counting the fucking cash obviously
