Dug my pack out its under the Councils Enviromental Heath & Trading Standards Dept.
Enviromental Protection Act 1990 "Noise Nuisance" you will be given a case No & Pack hopefully
& A Statutoury Nuisance Investigation Event Log, with help it soon went away for me.
They can serve an Abatement Notice if it doesnt stop ,it doesnt matter about the leasing agent their still out before the lease date
