Sorry to hear about that Mark, its fucking terrible. I have a lot of noise from upstairs sometimes, and for a year or so it was driving me to destraction. I've trained myself to not let it bother me, although if I end up letting this place I'm goign to get it soundproofed to the tune of 5 grand, just for my own peace of mind...
