lol we were pulling people up from the wall that goes alongside the canal and the side of Dukes.
The last Dpercussion definately lived up to expectations. Aside from the fact that some of Manchester's finest DJs absolutely smashed it on the Unity and Arches Stages (special big up to damo b and mark xtc for some serious jump up junglism), and that Sunshine Underground and Cherry Ghost got about 5000 people rockin their tits off, oh and of course the unexpected treat of Badly Drawn boy just randomly walking on the xfm and doing a small but beautifull accoustic set....what really did it for me was the atmoshphere!
Recently Manchester has seemed to have lost it's well known and loved happy, partying vibe. But you can always trust dpercussion to bring it back with a vengence...and it did. Manchester was once again one united party place and everyone was openly enjoying themselves, scallies, students, kids and oldies.
Shame on you if you missed it. You would get another chance
