Misunderstood what you were after... you need some webspace to put the mp3 sample so everyone can see it. Then just put the link into you message to the board.
If you don't have webspace you can put into one of the ID lockers which are not working at the moment cause people foget to sign-out and therefore they get shut down.
Check out the TuneID section and the Message about the lockers at the top for an update of when they are back.
