my injury is in my left shoulder and the left side of my neck like miss cola's
the solictor i spoke to said that this will be a very easy and straught foward claim due to the fact that we was smashed up the arse and the driver admitted fault. he also said that the amount of compo that i would get would be from about 1000-5000 or 5000-16 000 depending on how bad the court thinks my injuries are.
ive been to the hospital and all that lark so there is evidence of my injuries, the docter reckons il be out of work for at least 3 weeks so my mum said i must claim for loss of earnings aswell,
i noticed in ganjaduke's reply something about a collar, the docter said that the soft ones are useless and that they dont help in anyway shape or form. He said the best thing to do is keep moving my neck,
so hopefully i should be rolling in it |
