You gotta find one you like on the net mate or you can upload one from your harddrive to an image hosting site like
TinyPic Video and Photo Sharing.

The image properties wil be summat like:
"http://www.schwimmerlegal.com/smiley.jpg"
you need to copy this address & then go to your control panel & select edit signature...
Then... post this address into your signature BUT put {img} before the address & {/img} after the address BUT replace the {} with [] instead (if I used the [] ones above it would think I was posting an image.
Click on 'preview signature' - should be fine n dandy
