yes, hmm, that's dense.
it just means that the email address you've entered will get a sent a link to download the file. you dont have to fill it in, fgjkdfgjkldfd, but i always type a friend's email address when i send anything.
and, i recommend using
SendSpace | The Best Free File Sharing Service rather than yousendet. sendspace can host upto 1.2gb files for free and will serve the file an unlimited amount of times, whereas yousendit will only serve the file 25 times then delete it.
