Well it definately 'Worked' for me! lol.
It was by far the best night out i've had for ages!
Venue was really impressive, with a wicked sound system - my ears are still ringing! lol
I danced my socks off from the minute I walked in to the minute I left - it was tune after tune all night
if I closed my eyes I could have been back at Bowlers!
The atomosphere was second to none, it was absolutely wicked!
Rick Jones, you beauty! What a start to the night... definately got everyone up dancing.
Ben Fisher & Eddy's set was awesome, definately best set of the night, not heard scratching like that in ages! I dont think there was a single person sat down during their set, it rocked the house!
Then the man like Stu Allen - what can I say, he was awesome, the crowd went absolutely mad.
First few tunes of Absolutes were grim, felt like I was at Ikon or something, and the dancefloor emptied (although maybe that was just because Ben's & Stu Allen's sets were so massive, it was hard to measure up to?)
It did pick up again later on in his set and the tunes got better, but decided to call it a night.
But all in all a wicked old skool night, cant wait for the next one!
