Don't mean to offend anybody or sound a bit arsey.....BUT... have any of you who have replied with the recomendation of buying Stanton turntables or any other kind of turntables other than Technics owned them for over 6 years ???????
Thought not, I bought my Technics 1210's in 93 and have never...I repeat NEVER had one problem with them, and mine get hammered, I've taken them all over the north with me to different house parties and gigs, they've had drinks spilt on them, they've even been in the boot during a car crash and STILL not one problem !
My Technics 1210's are now 13 years old and are still as good as they were when i bought them....so, if you can say the same about Stanton turntables when they are 13 years old then maybe I would consider a pair.....
...but until then....Technics all the way baby.
