it's not booting into "Safe Mode" is it?
bit of a longshot this, but if yer on a reasonable speed internet link, you might wanna try running windows update & installing any missing updates... I've known this to correct the odd problem from time to time... if it's not been run for a while this may take a long time to do though... |
