I could it here pickin holes in beer prices and things like that but that doesnt help anyone, but whats the point in people comin on here and sayin mint night when if we are gonna be serious it was'nt was it? Now its no fault on the dj's etc, ste was mint, so was butty and so was rick but timeless used to be amazing, rockin every month. I would never comtemplate missing timeless when it was mint. Thats 2 times i have been to at club ohm and even though I like the club its not right for timeless. Its too big for a start at the minute and thats what probably created a lack of atmosphere.
Now it would not be right me taking snidey digs at timeless as I know exactly how hard to it to organise a night, no fukker will even give us a club at the minute, every 1 I ring fukks us of as soon as you say old skool so I cant say out. But it not nice seeing what timeless once was too seeing what it has become. You look at the pictures from the music box, see the ones where there must have been 25 people from osa on there. Nights like the boxin day one when K klass were on, they were mint nights ones that provide great memories. That on Friday night was nothing in comparison.
The thing you have to look at it is the fact that timeless is only 3 years old, on friday night, there was probably no more than lets say 5 maybe 10 people who were at the 1st one, thats a drastic loss of old skool ravers in such a short time
Timeless set the benchmark that everyone else in manchester tried to reach and achieve, it needs imo to go whole hog and get up there again and go for a more intimate club as the atmosphere would be well better and the outgoings less.
Sorry for goin on but that was not a mint night for timeless' standards and i'd be upset if Quey and Butty were happy to settle for nights like that. Somethings not right when the osa membership is goin up to over 6000 members and the people who are goin timelesss is goin down
coz u didnt have a mint night bud doesnt mean others didnt bud and so thats why usually theyl come on here and say theyve had a mint night lol

club ohm is still a new club for us, rome wasnt built in a day and the membership scheme weve had to put into place because of balloons ruining the last 4 venues weve had means that it will always be a slower mover than past excursions

there is lots of improvements that can be made there, the lighting does need the soda jules touch and i think that will make a big difference,

the boxing day night you talk about at the music box bud i agree with you, it was a great night, at the same time though it was rough as hell. 2 people got bottled and security wise we would never last there.

ohm is the first place we have had more than 4 events at from any venue we have ever had, its the first ever venue we feel safe at and are lucky to have the management behind us to help sort the problems out and make it better.

at the end of the day the night is growing. there was still 100 people there at 3am when the lights went on, its growing slowly like and we have got plans to boost that growingness but im happy with the scenario were in at the mo. were in a club which in the current climate as you say is a achievement in itself and you just have to work at the niggles and continue to make things better.

as for the osa lot, there all just getting on now and cant dig too many nights in a row, there was a beefy crew at the last event but you wasnt out. oh yeah coz your one of the lightweights
