Dont take mobile phone insurance from anyone but the network. So if you go in Carphone Whorehouse/Phones4U etc tell them to shove their insurance. Faulty phone will be sent away, lost one will take a week or so.
Get it with Orange etc direct and itll be next day no fucking about and its generally a £5 pm or something. I know most have started charging "admin" fees for replacements but a little bit of kick off will get that waived no probs. |
