If you are with T-Moby and you took out their insurance then it will most likely be FoneSafe and it will definitely be covered :-)
I dropped mine down the toilet on Saturday and rang them up and picked up a replacement with £25 excess the same day from the nearest T-Moby store.
Give them a call mate, by the way, I'm with T-Moby and pay £5.99 a month to Fonesafe.
