I have limewire on my laptop and i had bearshare but got rid of that, i got more viruses than i knew existed and when i checked out all the virus names on line and the capability of each trojan horse/worm it got me so stressed out mate i ended up with a bloody virus myself !!
(i got rid of bear share) i know its not a very nice thing to say but don't allow the sharing cos they can get in to your private folders and any tune u download do an anti virus scan on it first before u open it cos it knackered my laptop i couldn't even switch it on and had to get it rebuilt which meant i lost all the tunes i down loaded (go on on microsoft.com website they will give u a free live pc scan that showed loads of viruses my other anti virus software never picked up if u get stuck feel free to ask.
