| I bought my PC from Dell, and the only reason they ring you (usually at 7.30pm) is to offer extended cover/warranty. As soon as they say it's Dell, I just say I have no money for extended after care, it stumps them. They still sound surprised after about 3 attempts...saves listening to the same spiel though. Ed |
