Aye it was good. The first hour of Hooky was first class, playing tunes like Humanoid and stuff. His second half wasn't doing it for me as it was newer music. Then he played some off the wall oddball tunes like the Sex Pistols and a really pumped up strange and very fast version of Blue Monday and I could have sworn at one point he dropped Busted (or sommat similar anyway
) - however other people were enjoying it, just wasn't for me
@ Jammer - think he'd brought just the two with him this time and he wowed us by his "must have been mixing with his willy" at one point
and yes he started with Rhythm Is A Mystery on about +35 but quickly pitched it down
Had an ace time. If u've not tried Evo yet - GO. Top tunes, top crowd. Looking forward to April....
