After trying to find the place for a while we finally arrived at about 11:30ish, just in time to hear barrie jay on the dex
not as good a set as the one ya did in blackpool mate
but never the less top marks (crissy ward - right and exact
)
Think barrie played for 2 hrs??? Anyways i was nice and settled in the club by this time, the place itself was well posh . . . kind of a retro but at the same time modern look
beer was well nice too (not the usual watered down crap
) up on the dex next was biskit who in turn played a floorfilling set
Dancefloor was getting a bit more fuller now as ppl drank more, lol. Didn't really get too busy, which was good cos there was just enough ppl in there to move freely and enjoy ya nite better
On the dex after biskit was the terrible twosome butty and recca . . . who played a nice range of tunes from anthems to beeeasts (bout time as no italo was played up to this point)
It was now 3:00am and tiredness was kickin in but soldiered on to stay and listen to the man like CANOE top set mate, enjoy it every time
