Just got back from this event
here are my views.
After setting off at bout 9:30ish on our merry way
got to wigan about 10:15 ish, but then had to drive round wigan 4 times before we actually found the club.....lol.
(i didn't help that the club is no longer called 51st state!!!)
Finally made and entered the building
absolutely blinding venue, clean, very spacious and friendly atmosphere
got some drinks and found a nice spot to start the nite off.
Butty was spinning some reeeeeeeeet nice tunage first off, playin beasts like....def la desh, sbam and twist!!!! Gwaaaaaaaaaaaan mate....loved every minute of it
The club itself was like rhythms in indigo with balconys over looking the dance floor and there was a nice sized second room playin some more great tunes
by this point i was startin to get into it and few ppl were dancing....then ben got some vip passes to go up to the top floor where free champagne was on hand
noice.
It started filling up bout 12ish and the dancefloor was rockin' the on came dream frequency........
oooooooooh yes absolutely fantastic!!!!....playin goodtimes, take me and you make me feel mighty real.
everyone was well up for it after this......we were just sat waiting for mr fishers set, then it arrived....playin some wicked piano tunes startin with, solid collective - can u feel it.....it well got the crowd goin!!!
also ultrasonic got its usual reception.
All in all had a bloody good time well done to risky promotions....cheers for a top nite out
