| Well the tracert will work by the sounds of it, ive had it loads of times with norton internet security just being a twat and blocking access to sites.
Id check the options, there might be something about active x or something like that that is stopping your homepage from even getting as far as loading.
Bin the firewall and use XP's, does the same job as every other one out there - closes ports & opens em lol |
