got a gigabite dual pro 915IP motherboard

Pentium 3.2 GIG pro (soket 775)

Radeon X800

set it all up plugged it all in and windows wont load as it cant take the changes to hardward so I need to reinstall windows on the hard drive

HOWEVER

the PC will only see IDE1 controller not 2 and 3 so I can only boot up from the CD but it cant detect the hard drive if its in IDE2 and if i put the hard drive in IDE1 then it cant boot from the CD as the CD is in IDE2

not both the CD and hard drive will be detected in IDE2 and 1 when I switch on raid, but my hard drive doesnt support HPA and therefore i cant set up raid or wha ever

so if you know what im trying to ay and you can help
