Finnally i have got sumwhere with O2....rec'd an e mial today........saying they have now thoroughly checked my records and admit they should hav disconnected on 25th August
Now they also say that my account is in credit by £21.00 (which i disagree) i owe them about £1.50 to my reckoning...lol....shhhhhh........and should be in my account with in the next 21 days!
Get on!!!
it goes to show doesnt it....just how dumb these people really are and that it pays to put your foot down!
