| Don't know mate, I only really know Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator. Fireworks is as I described it, with photoshop there is a 'Stroke Selection' option which wdraws a line around the selection to get the same effect.
Alternatively put the same text in black, 1 or 2 points bigger behind it (thats if you can use layers, re-draw it with the black first otherwise) so it just stands out round the edges.
