I would like to help out here! If you have Paint, Picture it! or some thing like that then you should be able to make your own.
I have a simple templete which you can download from the link below, then just add text, colour or a small picture(if your sotware allows it). Then save it as gif.
Right click on the picture and save as .....
Then go to
Photobucket and open an account (This is free), then upload or edited gif. Photobucket will then host your signiture for you.
Then copy the link for your signiture labeled url and paste it in your profile under signiture, or something like that..

I used a different templete for mine and added text using MicroSoft's Picture It! Which may of came with your computer as a part of MicroSoft Works.
