Nobody normal in the head eats that stuff anymore thankgoodness. It was a big part of the local area where I live in years gone past when times were hard, they lived on Cows Tongue sandwiches, pigs trotters, black pudding (blood clots and fat) and allsort of animal body parts thats unmentionable, I think even sheeps brain had an occurance or two.....I kid you not.
The pigs trotters picture thing actually stemmed from a french website too I think, or I saw one looking for it. The french are even madder than we are! hahaha
