I dont know if this has been said before as there are alot of pages to read through and i only have 10 mins!
I dont think that its a question of who is the better sex, but i feel that women, espesh in comtempory society have to put up with more than previously.
At one time we were expected to cook,clean, raise the roost etc and thats it. Now it would seem in addition to this we are expected to bring home a decent wage too- usually with little or no help from the male in the house. I know there are exeptions to this, and thank god we are moving to an era where housework and childcare is being passed slighlty onto the males, but i still feel that overall regardless of the womens chioce of acheiving personal sucess in the workplace she is (and expected to continue to be) the primary organiser in the house.
I can honestly say that every couple i know it is the woman who is mainly responsible for sorting out the bills, arranging appointments, most housework etc.
So i guess my views are that maybe women are the stronger sex, in that they deal with an awfull amount of pressure on a daily basis and still (try lol) to keep the ship afloat at home.
