Hmmn, might have to look into that myself although I dont think Id manage three miles a night, more like one mile three times a week! lol. It would be a start anyway. I may start power walking like Harold off Neighbours for the first week though! hahah. I heard that aslong as you jog/walk for 20 minutes it does you good - otherwise you waste your time.
