Like I say, I dunno if any of them shops will be any use, but theres no harm enquiring I suppose.
. For all I know, it may be a specialist part that only fits in technics.....but Im sceptical about that. They may have to send for a pair whoever you find to do it, and it may take some time tom arrive!
If you are sure its that component thats gone, at least you can give it its technical term now (if you didnt know already that is)........and if they look at you blankly say "Its that pitch thingymajig wotsit that doofers up the speed on a technics turntable"
