| I dunno if its this bud, but it might be - In the Chillout, there is two sections, wafflingo and just Chillout, I think the chillout highlights when somebodys posted in wafflingo.
Also, if anyone has made a poll, when somebody answers that poll, without a post, just indicating thier preference on whatever it is, it highlights as a new post/reply has been made.
Other than that, I dunno, its fubar'd! lol.
