| Wattage!? I should know this.
Im thinking of getting a little radio for the kitchen......one of those portable type things with built in speakers, CD deck, cassete and FM radio. Im looking at 20 - 30 quid tops.
Now, Im used to getting not much less than 300 watts (!!) power for my gear upstairs....but these little bleeders are only like "2 x1.0 watts" which sounds *rather* weedy to me. The unit doesnt have to stonk out, just be pleasantly listenable - but Id hate it if it was tinny and distorting the bass like a limp lettuice.
Do you reckon 2x1.0 watts would suffice for a kitchen?.
